We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unsuitable goods to us, and we will refund your money upon receiving them. You can place a new order immediately – we recommend not waiting for the refund so that your selected items do not sell out in the meantime.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of you shipping the return. The money is automatically sent back to your original payment method – directly to your card or back to your gift card.
